Terms and conditions
All our trailers come with rubber sets of rollers for ease of boat recovery, they are also adjustable so will take most types of boats.
In order that we provide the right boat trailer for hire we need to know:
The make and model of the boat
If possible what engines the boat is fitted with, typically the plated weight of the boat exclude an engine
Our boat trailers for hire are for a minimum of 1 day with a reduced rate for hires over 2 days and must be collected and returned to our Exeter base during work hrs.
Please note: All our hire boat trailers are roller based and suitable for most power boats, however, they are not designed for Fin Keel sailing boats. We cannot be held responsible for the fit or suitability of the trailer you hire.
When collecting a boat trailer from us we will require the following information
Photo ID (not required for repeat clients)
A copy of a utility bill with your current address (not required for repeat clients)
A small deposit of £500.00 for twin axle trailers and £250 for single axle trailers
Payment for the boat trailer hire term
Security and Insurance
Please note: the trailer needs to be covered by your own insurance and additionally you will need to provide your own number plate.
Strap hire available upon request.

We are open 9-5 weekdays, weekends by appointment
All damaged costs caused during a trailer hire will be taken from the holding deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount the customers insurance will be held liable for the repair or replacement cost of the parts or complete trailer.
We cannot guarantee availability of any of our trailers. A day rate price is from 9am – 5pm all trailer dropped off after 5pm will be charged a late fee of half a day’s rental.
All trailers to be returned in the same condition as it left the yard and free from mud or other debris or a cleaning fee of £20 will be taken from the holding deposit.
Whilst all care is taken to ensure the roadworthiness of all our trailer. It is solely the responsibility of the customer renting the trailer to check the trailer before towing away.
